Choc. Chip Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS //
½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Three Rivers Farm Maple Syrup
1 egg
3 very ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS //
1. preheat oven to 350
2. cream together butter, sugar, and syrup
3. whisk in the egg and add the bananas and vanilla
4. mix until well combined. - add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt
5. mix until just combined
6. fold in choc. chips
7. Pour mixture in a sprayed bread pan and bake for 55-60min.
8. Let cool and enjoy!
